The Strongest, Most Durable Spa Shell in the Industry Our industry-leading manufacturing process vacuum-forms high-quality acrylic sheets before they are reinforced. Each tub then undergoes a curing process before its shell is reinforced with supports and angled irons that are added to for maximize stability.

Pressure Treated Cabinet Frame Heritage Supply Group’s specially-designed cabinet frames are treated to resist rot, corrosion, and invasive pests and insects. Our American-made Pressure Treated Cabinet Frames are constructed using 1-inch galvanized steel fasteners, corner gussets, and vertical angle bracings for added beam support.

Recycled Denim Insulation Denim insulation provides an exceptional alternative, with many benefits unique to itself: it is Low density and better reduction of thermal energy. Low density materials are chosen to insulate our spas because they resist thermal transfer.

Maintenance and Service Thermo-Shield™ equipped spas don’t just stay warmer, they’re also easier to perform maintenance on compared to conventionally insulated spas.

Thermo-Shield™ Thermo-Shield™ utilizes environmentally-friendly technology to keep the soothing heat of your tub’s waters locked in at all times. First, a 3” thick insulation material comprised of post-consumer recycled denim is thermally bonded with a 99% pure aluminum reinforced foil sheet creating a radiant heat shield. This technology directs the system’s residual heat back into the spa for increased heating efficiency. A dual-walled layer of reflective bubble foil is installed under the spa’s floor to reflect ambient heat upward throughout the tub. Lastly, a unique thermoplastic polymer liner locks in heat while keeping external moisture out.

Bio-Clean™ Antimicrobial Filter with TeleWeir Gate Filters are designed to be both easily accessible and to allow for balanced filtration. A special antibacterial agent within the fabric of each Crystal Cove Spas filter helps to wards off growth of microbes and bacteria. A TeleWeir Gate prevents debris from re-entering the spa’s water system. When you choose a Crystal Cove Spas tub, the days of fumbling for awkwardly placed filters and navigating complex chemical balances are over. In fact, managing the waters of your tub is almost as stress-free as easing into it.

Our Hydro Clear™ Ozone Purifiers Will Keep Your Spa Clean and Fresh! Hydro Clear™ Ozonator The hydro clear ozone™ is a small, compact low power consumption unit producing a powerful oxidant, eliminating contaminants and toxins in water. The hydro clear ozone™ is a low power consumption unit (120V or 240V) that operates at a relatively cool temperature. The hydro clear ozone™ disinfects water by killing viruses & biological contaminants allowing for a reduction of chemical levels eliminating discomfort of skin and eye irritations. This unit was specifically designed and tested for spa applications and is UL/cUL, CE & AS/ NZS certified. It is an excellent option to every spa.

SALT SANITATION Fresh Water Spa Sanitation System employs a sophisticated electrolysis process to generate a pristine variant of chlorine from salt (NaCl) that effectively purifies your spa’s water. Following the transformation of salt into chlorine, the system neutralizes all harmful bacteria present, and the chlorine subsequently reverts to salt, perpetuating this remarkable cycle. Notably, the salt concentration employed is exceedingly minimal, even less than that found in a human teardrop.
