DR. TONANTZIN MATHEUS is board certified in both gastroenterology and internal medicine. She specializes in colorectal screening and GERD/dysphagia and has advanced training in esophageal disorders, including swallowing problems, reflux and digestive tract motility. Dr. Matheus performs in-office capsule endoscopy and colonoscopy screenings and has been practicing for nearly 20 years. Fluent in Spanish, she enjoys taking time with her patients to ensure they are fully informed and their questions are answered.
