Giving back to the local community is key to the company mission at FBA. “We’re on local boards and committees, always trying to find new ways to serve the community,” Henderson says. “It’s a labor of love.” The FBA staff also regularly participates in volunteer activities that benefit local nonprofit organizations. “We have a passion for giving back to the community,” Parrish says. “We commit to doing acts of good locally, and we try to think about how to continually be good neighbors. We’re making sure our community ends up strong.” One of the company’s mottos has always been: “If it’s good for the community, it’s good for Fawley Bryant.”
