• Send introductory email to connect with clients, checklist/utility guide to client.
• Contact other agent to obtain clients settlement information and any other additional info if agent has not done so already
• Email contract, addendum & all paperwork needed to all parties.
• Check on progress of loan periodically with lender.
• Order home warranty on the buyer side if applicable and provide to all parties.
• Order termite inspection with permission from seller and list agent for list side.
• Email client a reminder to transfer utilities into/out of their name prior to closing.
• Provide copy of credit addendum and other addendums to appropriate parties (attorney, lender and other agent)
• Check repair addendum invoices against addendum and provide copy to the other agent and attorneys if invoice are to be paid at closing.
• Keep agents informed on the progress of their transaction on a regular basis.
