Our Food Safety personnel hold multiple certifications (PCQI, HAACP, etc…) and have a combination of over 30 years of experience in the industry. We staff a Food Scientist and multiple Food Safety Engineers.

Ensuring safety and maintaining supportive testing of our products and processes
We staff an in-house culinary trained Head Chef along with our Product Development team. These two work together to create flavors that pop, with ingredients that are scalable. Our Head Chef is an expert in flavor matching. With our team we can match flavors with different ingredients. This gives us the ability to create flavors our customers love, while keeping costs down.
