Mr Gerald Chong is a Director in Infinitus Law Corporation and a lawyer in the Conveyancing and Real Property Department.
He graduated with a B.A. Joint Honours in Law and Management Science from the University of Keele, United Kingdom in 1993. He passed the English Bar finals and was called to the English Bar by the Honourable Society of Middle Temple’s Inn in 1994. He was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in February 1996.
His area of work involves property matters, advising clients on tenancy matters, probate and administration and will writing. Mr Chong has also done work for many of the local and foreign banks as part of his property work and is presently doing work for one of Asia's largest diversified real estate groups with its headquarters in Singapore. He had also previously given advice and acted for Insurance Companies in Singapore.
A member of the Singapore Academy of Law and the Law Society of Singapore, Mr Chong has been a voluntary lawyer with the SAFRA (Singapore Armed Forces Reservist Association) Legal Information Service since 1996. He has held various roles within SAFRA, including serving on committees and boards. In recognition of his service, he has been presented with Long Service Awards in July 2007 (10 years), July 2012 (15 years), July 2017 (20 years), and December 2022 (25 years). Moreover, for his significant contributions, he received a Commendation Award in September 2009 and a Meritorious Service Award (Bronze) in July 2012.
Mr Chong also served as Treasurer (Honorary) of the Wellington Primary School Advisory Committee until December 2020. His dedication to the committee earned him the Pewter Award from the Ministry of Education in 2018.

This award is given to individuals who have shown exceptional leadership qualities in their Co-curricular Activities, and who have contributed greatly to the school.
This award goes to GOH CE FENG, SHANE of Secondary 4 Respect (2023).
Throughout his time at our school, Shane has demonstrated remarkable dedication and leadership in a variety of roles. He was a member of the Student Council Exco and the Scouts Troop.
As a member of the Student Council Exco, and the Vice President of the Welfare Branch, Shane played a key role in organizing and executing school events, including National Day, Total Defence Day, Teachers' Day and Labour Day commemoration. He spearheaded the implementation of the Stress Busters initiative, to create a culture of care to motivate and encourage students during exam periods. He also assisted the teachers in implementing Class Appreciation Day, an event to promote class bonding. He helped to train and guide junior Class Leaders in organising the event, ensuring its success., In recognition of his leadership and contribution to the Student Council, he was presented with the Goh Chok Tong NextGen Outstanding Student Leader Award in 2023.
For Scouts, Shane served as a patrol leader. A dedicated Scout, he will provide advice and guidance for his juniors readily. His juniors and peers look up to him as a role model in terms of how to conduct and communicate with juniors. He takes the initiative in organising troop events, such as VIA and Scouting Games. Due to his passion for Scouting, and his Scouting proficiency, he was awarded the Chief Commissioner’s Award in 2023, the pinnacle award for Scouts.
Even after he graduated, he is still concerned with the well-being of the troop, and hopes to further his journey in Scouting. As such, he is also currently spearheading the set-up of an alumni group so that he is able to keep contributing to the growth of the Scouts troop, and to give back to the school.
Last but not least, Shane has a heart for the community around him. He volunteers actively in various grassroots events. He participates in activities conducted by The Youth NetworkGeylang Serai CC from 2021-2023. He also participated in running community events such as handing out food to residents during festive periods, virtual scavenger hunts and other community games.

It is with great pride and admiration that we recognise Joshua for his remarkable dedication and exemplary leadership. Joshua has excelled in various roles, serving as the Unit Sergeant Major of the NCC Air unit, President of the Legion of Mary, and a member of the Student Council. His commitment to enhancing the school's spirit and efficiency is evident in every endeavour he undertakes.
Joshua's proactive approach as the Aeromodelling IC highlights his dedication to excellence. He consistently goes beyond the curriculum to master flight theories and operations, ensuring that training sessions for his peers are seamless and productive. His meticulous planning and ability to swiftly resolve issues have significantly elevated the standard of training within the unit.
As a leader, Joshua fosters a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. He encourages his team to reflect and build on past experiences while focusing on future successes.
His efforts extend beyond his immediate responsibilities; he actively collaborates with student leaders from other groups, fostering unity and camaraderie within the school community.
Joshua’s leadership has also shone on a larger stage as he has hosted competitions at the district level, where his eloquence, diplomacy, and critical thinking have been highly praised by HQ officers and educators.
Joshua's deep empathy and humility have earned him the respect and admiration of both peers and teachers. He ensures a balanced, inclusive environment where every cadet, including those with special educational needs, feels valued and supported. His exceptional character and personal qualities have been recognised with the Edusave Character Award, which he has received for four consecutive years since 2020.

It is with immense pride and admiration that we bestow upon Wade the prestigious title of Sportsman of the Year for 2023. Wade's journey in the demanding realm of powerlifting is marked by extraordinary dedication and skill. His impressive achievements began with emerging as the overall sub-junior champion at the Schoolyard Showdown in 2022.
Further highlighting his prowess, Wade represented Singapore at the Asian Pacific African Classic & Equipped Powerlifting Championships in Hong Kong in 2023, where he clinched the title of U66kg sub-junior champion. His success continued at the Asian Classic Powerlifting Championships in Malaysia, securing third place in the U66 sub-junior category and first place in both the bench press and deadlift events. Currently, Wade proudly holds the Asian Record for Deadlift, a testament to his strength and determination.
In addition to his powerlifting accomplishments, Wade demonstrated his athletic versatility by contributing to the team's fourth-place finish in the 4x100m B Boys relay at the 2023 National School Games, proving his capability across multiple sports disciplines.

Representing Team Singapore at the Asian Youth Para Games in Bahrain in 2021 marked a significant milestone in Jeremiah’s career. In the 50m Butterfly (S2-S7) event, he demonstrated his exceptional skill, earning a commendable fifth place and proving his mettle among the best. Jeremiah's performance at the ASEAN Para Games in Indonesia in 2022 was stellar, as he competed in the 50m Breaststroke (Sb5) and set a new national record. This award recognises graduating Patricians who have persevered in overcoming adverse personal circumstances to do well in school and, through it all, displayed exemplary behaviour.
The inspiration for the award comes from the school motto, Potest Qui Vult (He who wills, can). The school motto reminds every Patrician that he should never give up and never to lose hope. Instead, with perseverance, determination and resilience, a true Patrician can achieve whatever he sets his mind to.
The award was established by Mr. Aloysius Yong in honour of the many students who have inspired him through their life stories. Mr. Aloysius Yong is a former student, teacher, and Vice-Principal of St. Patrick’s School.
