American Wick Drain Sitedrain™ American Wick Drain (AWD) SiteDrainTM Strip products are composed of a dimpled polymeric perforated core fully wrapped in a nonwoven geotextile and are comprised of 84% air space. These products provide a value engineered alternative to perforated pipe and aggregate subsurface materials. Best for projects where a high compression strength product is required. AWD SiteDrainTM Strip can be used where a pressure field is required across obstacles or over distances; in conjunction with sand and/or gravel; or in place of perforated piping for negative pressure field extension under a concrete slab or radon vapor barrier.

RadonAway® Soil Gas Mat We have added Soil Gas Mats to our wide assortment of sealing products and equipment for crawlspace, basement moisture and vapor control. All of our sealing products are ANSI/AARST compliant, come in variety of sizes and are made in the USA. Sealing products should be installed prior to the vapor barrier will allow for better drainage, air flow, and system stability. RadonAway® Soil Gas Mat is lightweight polypropylene entangled geomatrix with heat bonded filter fabric on two sides for use in active radon mitigation systems. Our SGM is ideal for RRNC and crawlspace installations where the reduction of radon, moisture and other VOCs is needed. Complies with ANSI/AARST CC 1000 Standard and RRNC 2.0 & IRC Appendix F. Radonaway® RSA1 Radon System Alarm The RadonAway® RSA1 Radon System Alarm is an advanced vacuum monitoring device utilizing piezoresistive pressure sensor (PPS) technology.
