I feel like any other dinner back home with my family. Hearing people from all over the world even those from not Latin America feeling like they were in a place that was completely special, completely like the cocoon in which they were raised.

The Shabbat dinners are simply wonderful, with upscale locations, delicious food and lots of people. It's simply a lot of fun.

I moved to NYC to get my MBA degree.

Fortunately, some Jewish classmates invited me to join the JLC. Since then, I had the privilege to celebrate my Judaism faith by actively participating in the unique Shabbat dinners and holidays celebrations Rabbi Mendy Weitman leads. After three years engaged in the JLC, I strongly feel I found “a family away from home”. A place with always wide open doors. I truly welcome all of you to stop by and enjoy our fantastic family.

The weekly Shiur [is] an enlightening routine, as we dialogue about the weekly Parasha finding a connection in the teachings with our world today.
