IMPACT

PHILOSOPHY & MOTIVATION Chabad is a global movement of Jewish education and community activism driven by the teachings of the Lubavitcher Rebbe, Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson, of blessed memory. Motivated by profound love for humanity and spurred by boundless optimism, the Rebbe lifted the global Jewish community from the ashes of the Holocaust and launched an unprecedented range of Jewish institutions, outreach programs and social services. Today, tens of thousands of emissaries, workers and volunteers continue his mission to create a world of goodness, kindness and G‑dliness. To accomplish our goals, we work with all denominations, cultures and faiths and reach out to help rather than wait to be called upon.
