Sports Travel International was founded in Dublin in 1988, by Martin Joyce who sold the business to Manchester-based Sports Tours International in 2019. From small beginnings it has now grown to become one of Ireland’s leading sports travel companies, and the Irish specialist in running trips and marathon tours around the world

We are the official Irish tour operator for all of the World Marathon Majors and for many other international running events, including 5ks, 10ks, half marathons and full marathon such as the TCS New York City Marathon, TCS London Marathon, Boston Marathon, BMW Berlin Marathon, Tokyo Marathon, Bank of America Chicago Marathon. We are also the official travel agency for the Irish Life Dublin Marathon.
