DEI Community Group Spotlight

The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Community will focus on educating, celebrating, and welcoming diversity in the sports event and tourism industry. This community will allow space for members to engage in healthy conversations around DE&I, share best practices, and learn from our peers and subject matter experts.

The DE&I community will serve Sports ETA members as ambassadors for helping provide the membership with the tools they need to recruit, diversify, foster inclusion, and advance equity within their organizations. Through these initiatives with our collaboration amongst destinations, industry partners and rights holders, our goal is to increase the knowledge and exposure of DE&I within the sports events and tourism industry – and continue to expand the industry.

This community group meets on the third Wednesday of every month at 1:00 PM ET starting in February
