Current Activities this Week: Site/Playing field/Bowl: Grading on East side of site is ongoing. Installation of underground drainage at plaza is ongoing. Underground drainage is ongoing on south side of field. Root zone is installed on north half of field. Seating support install is ongoing. Concrete Flatwork: Area 1-Suite and Press level tub intermediate stairs are near complete. Area 3-Topping slab at cauldron club is complete and protected. Area 1- SOG work at SW toilet entry to be completed. Masonry: Block installation at NW transformer area to be ongoing. Block installation at Terrace Bar is nearly topped out. Sealing and final wash of block on the East side to be ongoing. Washing and sealing F-line will be complete this week. Finishing concourse exterior walls will be ongoing.

Stone: Area 1-Stone installation in area H is ongoing. Steel: Installation of stone support steel at Stadium Suite is complete. Installation of dock overhead doors is complete. Wind columns will be complete. Installation of Area H stone.
Building the Future
Roofing and Sheet metal: Drilling anchors for exterior fins is complete. Area 3-Concourse building roofing is complete in SE Area 3- Concourse roof in the NE and NW is complete. Gutter shrouds at canopy gutter are ongoing. Canopy deck flashing installation is ongoing. Coping cap installation at concourse buildings is ongoing. Metal panels on east elevation are ongoing. Polycarbonate: Area 1-Polycarbonate installation is ongoing. Area 2-Polycarbonate installation is ongoing.

Metal Stud Framing/Drywall/Ceilings: Area 1- Drywall installation is complete. Area 3-Drywall installation and finishing is near complete. DAFS installation is nearly complete. Stud framing for North screenwall/ metal panels is near complete. FRP installation in Concessions is complete. Ceiling grid installation is ongoing on all levels. Ceiling tile is ongoing in all levels of Area 1. Installation of fry reglets in Field Club will be complete. Glass/Doors/Hardware: Area 1-installation of aluminum door frames is ongoing. Installation of storefronts at Main Concourse retail buildings are ongoing. Installation of Press level Solar innovation sliders is ongoing. Area 1- installation of interior storefronts is ongoing. Area 1 – installation of aluminum curtain wall doors to Main Concourse club to be complete. Installation of hollow metal doors and hardware is ongoing. MEP: Ductwork installation is ongoing on the East side field level. Plumbing rough in is ongoing on the East side field level. Will have power to building to fire units and power lights.

Fixtures and devices installation in Area 1 is ongoing. Sub air equipment complete and ready for owner training. Area 1-installation of toilet fixtures is nearly complete Broadcast cable pulls from loading dock to the Video Production room is ongoing. Tie -in of canopy gutters to downspouts is ongoing. North scoreboard module installation is ongoing. Installation of speakers/lights in ceiling tiles are ongoing on all levels. Installation of speakers/lights in ceiling of south mezz is complete. Installation of light fixtures in concourse bathrooms is ongoing. Installation of beer lines is ongoing. MEP connections of commissary equipment are ongoing. Elevators: F1 elevator will be complete. P2 & P3 elevators are complete. P4 & P5 elevators are complete. P1 installation is ongoing.
Subair equipment installation is complete.

Painting: Area 1-Painting at Field level to be complete. Painting in all Main Concourse buildings to be complete. Area 1-Painting on Press and Suite is ongoing. Area 1-Painting of the Main Concourse west tower is ongoing. Sealing of exposed concrete floors is ongoing. Resinous flooring at field level is ongoing. Resinous flooring is complete in concessions. Painting of stair structure and walls is complete in Area 1 and ongoing in other locations. Tile/Carpet/Finishes: Tile installation at Press level Suites is ongoing. Tile installation in club areas at Suite and Press levels is ongoing.

Wood base installation is ongoing. Food Service: Installation of all counters and kitchen equipment at Equipment install is ongoing on Field, Main, Suite and Press Level. Exhaust hood installation is complete.

Ceiling tile to be complete in Field Club. Glass: Area 1-Aluminum door frame installation to be ongoing. Installation of storefronts at Main Concourse buildings to be ongoing. Installation of interior glazing on Field/Mezz is complete.

Installation of Solar innovation sliders at back of suites on Press level to be ongoing. MEP: All transformers will be energized with permanent power. Installation of North Scoreboard to be ongoing. Preliminary hydrostatic testing of the fire sprinkler lines to begin. Energizing mechanical equipment for commissioning/start up will be ongoing. Seating supports ready for install.
Paint: Area 1-Painting of the Suite and Press level areas to be complete. Painting at Field level to be ongoing. Sealing of concrete floors to be ongoing. Tile/Carpet: Tile in Field Club will begin. Tile in Suite and Press Club will be ongoing. Site/Playing Field: Installation of underground drainage and irrigation lines to be complete. Installation of Root Zone on south side of field will begin. Plaza grading and drainage install to be ongoing.
