Welcome I have had a passion for track and field since the age of 7, representing Sale Harriers in a number of events up to the age of 15 when I was asked to consider pursuing combined events due to the strength of my profile across various track and field disciplines. Since then, I have been totally committed to a focused training regime, working hard to make myself competent in events still relatively new to me. As a result I have been able to progress hugely, earning an international vest in my first season where competition was accompanied with combined events training, and I continue to derive the same sense of fulfilment and pleasure which convinced me to take up the sport in the first place.

Academically, I work extremely hard and have been rewarded with some excellent results in all my external examinations to date. At GCSE, the external examinations in the UK for 15/16 year olds, I scored the very highest grade in all nine subjects and I’m looking forward to doing well at A-Level when I sit my final exams in Philosophy, History and Government & Politics next spring.

I assign such a high proportion of my time to track an field primarily because I love doing the sport, and in turn, a large degree of this enjoyment comes from my improvement and progression within decathlon.
