Two years ago, the formidable father and son team of Reon and Jaco van der Merwe took on a huge challenge of reshaping the property market in Hermanus. Not only did they have to contend with an acrimonious competitive environment, but little did they know of the potentially insurmountable hurdles they would have to cross in achieving their vision. The result? “Today we are leading the industry with the highest sales prices achieved by all agencies in most suburbs for the past 18 months. What makes this result even more phenomonal, is we achieved the highest ever sales prices in Onrus, Vermont and Kleinmond,” says Jaco. This claim is substantiated by the fact that Greeff properties have concluded 18 out the 37 of all property sales in the R 10 -20 million price bracket, since June 2020 selling properties to the value of R800 million over the past year

Recipe for Success? “Quite simply building a superb, unique marketing plan for every seller and executing the plan to the best of our ability.
