Once anchored or moored, water taxis are available to pick you up at your boat and take you to the Boat Show. They may be hailed on Channel 68.

t’s October in Annapolis, and the sailing world once again converges on City Dock for the premier international sailboat show in North America. On behalf of the Annapolis Boat Shows team, I’m pleased to welcome you to the 2026 Annapolis Sailboat Show. This year’s show features a dynamic mix of vessels, from bluewater-ready monohulls to more than 60 multihulls. Whether you’re in the market for a new boat or here to explore the latest in sailing gear, accessories, and equipment, there’s no better place to find it all in one location. If you’ve visited Annapolis before, you’ll notice that City Dock looks a little different this year. The City Dock Resiliency Project is well underway, and the work happening now will help protect the historic downtown waterfront from flooding for generations to come. We are grateful to the City of Annapolis for working closely with our team to keep the show in its home on the water throughout construction, and we thank our neighbors and downtown businesses for their patience as this important project moves forward. Please take a moment to review the show map. New to the show this year is the Engine & Performance Tent, along with an Electronics and Equipment tents. Racing fans can explore high-performance dinghies and monohulls and connect with organizations advancing the sport, including US Sailing. Vacation Basin, sponsored by Cruising World, returns with charter and fractional ownership options and vacation destinations, and 30+ sailing YouTubers will be on hand for meet-and-greets throughout the weekend. Educational opportunities remain a cornerstone of the show. Cruisers University and the First Sail Workshop offer training tailored to every level of sailor. Daily free seminars will also be available, offering practical insights from experienced cruisers and industry professionals. Local food and drink are available throughout the show, including freshly shucked oysters, Maryland crabcakes, and the ever-popular painkiller. And don’t forget about pit beef sandwiches at the Fleet Reserve Club. After hours, downtown Annapolis offers an unbeatable waterfront backdrop for dining, shopping, and celebrating with your crew. Stuff for Young Sailors
From scavenger hunts to fun prizes, there’s plenty to keep young sailors entertained. Safety First Little ones can borrow a properly fitted life jacket at the BoatUS bridge before heading out on the docks. It’s an easy way to add peace of mind while your crew explores the show. Just return it when you’re done for the day.
Special Offers Just Outside the Show Gates Federal House During the show (Oct. 15-18), Federal House will open at 10 a.m. and serve brunch until 1 p.m. each day. Storm Brothers Starting in late-September, Storm Brothers will be serving breakfast. Boat Show Block Party On the opening day of the show (Oct. 15), there will be a boat show block party along Market Street. Enjoy live music, outdoor seating, and special menu offers from Federal House, Iron Rooster, McGarvey’s, Middleton Tavern, and the Annapolis Market House. The festivities are set to start at 5 PM but they’ll be offering boat show exclusive deals all day long! Optimist Club The Optimist Club will be offering breakfast sandwiches, burgers, crab cakes, and nutty buddies just outside the show gates beside the Annapolis Summer Garden Theatre. Proceeds go to supporting the club’s various community outreach programs. Party in the Port Oct 17th from 6 – 10 p.m. | After the show, cross the Eastport Bridge into the Maritime Republic of Eastport, where Eastport Yacht Club’s Party in the ’Port keeps the night going with two live bands, harbor views, and a chili bar made for October evenings.
Cool Opportunities Inside the Show EWE Spirit Scavenger Hunt Scavenger hunt cards will be handed out at the SpinSheet booth. Completed cards can be exchanged for stickers and temporary tattoos. Dockside Ducks Young sailors are invited to search the docks for hidden rubber ducks. They can be taken to the show office or ticket booth and redeemed for a fun prize. They get to keep the duck too! US Sailing Scavenger Hunt Stop by the US Sailing booth to take part in a scavenger hunt for folks of all ages. SV Delos Sunday, October 18 | SV Delos will be doing a meet and greet from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Quantum booth.
