L’ E S P R I T D E L A C Ô T E CAP Gin is a new premium spirit from the Côte d’Azur. Created from botanicals synonymous with this iconic location, CAP is inspired by the heritage of the French Riviera – from Monaco to Saint Tropez.

CAP Gin blends nine specially selected herbs, fruits and spices that combine to create a flavour that reflects the style and elegance of the Côte d’Azur.

SITTING ON THE B E A C H O N A WA R M SUMMER’S NIGHT CAP Gin started with a conversation between three friends living in the South of France. The idea, to create a gin worthy of this extraordinary place we are lucky to call home – The Côte d’Azur.

CAP Gin is the result of more than a year of research, planning, tasting and collaborating.

BOTA N I C A L S CAP Gin combines nine specially selected herbs, fruits and spices that combine to create a flavour that we feel reflects the style and elegance of the Côte d’Azur.

A traditional foundation of Juniper and Coriander has been overlaid with scents and flavours synonymous with the region. Rose, Mimosa and Fleur d’Oranger play in perfect harmony to deliver an elegantly balanced and smooth taste.

DR GIN Working closely with Dr. David Clutton, we set out to create a gin that encapsulated the spirit of the Côte d’Azur, using ingredients synonymous with the region.

After months of refining and perfecting the final recipe for CAP Gin, we are delighted with the result. The perfect balance of juniper and selected herbs, spices and fruit flavours combined in just nine botanicals.

D I S T I L L AT I O N CAP Gin is a classic London Dry gin, created using the traditional still based re-distillation technique.

CÔTE

Botanicals Juniper, Coriander, Angelica Root, Mimosa, Pink Peppercorns, Fleur d’Oranger, Lemon Peel, Rose and Orange Peel are steeped in alcohol of exceptional quality. The liquid is then transferred to the stills, heated and condensed for perfectly balanced flavours and aromas, for a highly-sophisticated gin.

MARTINEZ CAP Gin’s citrus notes add complexity to the sweet flavours of the vermouth and Maraschino Liqueur for a beautiful, burnt honey colour and balanced Martinez to be enjoyed day or night.
