THE LA PREVIEWS 2026 FROM AN IDEA TO AN INTERNATIONAL TOY HUB After more than 30 years in the global toy industry, I have learned that while great products may open doors, it is relationships, collaboration and a willingness to share new opportunities that build lasting success. This year, for the first time, we have produced this guide to bring together the information you need to navigate and make the most of the LA Previews 2026. My hope is that it will continue to grow and evolve alongside the Previews themselves, becoming an increasingly valuable resource for our industry. Above all, I hope this guide helps everyone attending – whether an exhibitor, licensor, agent, distributor, inventor, retailer, buyer or manufacturer – to make the very most of the Fall Previews 2026 in Los Angeles. I hope it helps people connect, discover new opportunities and build relationships that create lasting success across our industry. BUILDING A HOME FOR THE GLOBAL TOY INDUSTRY The growth of El Segundo and the future of the LA Toy District It is a pleasure to welcome everyone back to El Segundo for the Fall Previews 2026. When Jonathan Busher and I first began working together on the idea of creating a new home for the international toy community here, we could see the potential – but I don’t think either of us could have fully anticipated just how quickly it would grow. What began with companies taking temporary space for the April and September Previews has developed into a thriving, year-round toy community. Today, the 1960 Building, the Toy Association at 101C, OPEN, and 400 Continental are home to an extraordinary mix of toy manufacturers, distributors, agents and industry partners from around the world. For me, one of the most rewarding aspects has been watching companies going through the process, arrive for their first Preview, dip their toe in the water with a temporary showroom, find success and grow and then make the decision to create a permanent home here in El Segundo. Each new company adds something to the community and further strengthens El Segundo’s position as an important international meeting place for the toy industry. El Segundo itself has proved to be an ideal location. With LAX just minutes away, excellent hotels, restaurants and beaches nearby, and an ever-growing concentration of toy businesses within a relatively compact area, the infrastructure is here to support an industry that continues to expand. And there is still more to come. We continue to work with companies looking for both temporary and permanent showrooms for future Previews, and I am excited to see how the district develops over the coming years. The success of El Segundo has ultimately been driven by the companies and people who have chosen to make it their home. Their commitment has created something far greater than a collection of showrooms – it has created a genuine toy industry community. Whether this is your first visit or you are one of the many people who return each Preview season, I hope this guide helps you navigate the area, discover new companies, make new connections and make the most of everything El Segundo and the LA Previews have to offer. A UNIQUE EVENT Each building has presentation suites, both permanent and temporary, that are open for buyers and sellers to tour, usually by prior appointment. All the main US, European and Asian manufacturing companies are present during the show dates (and many have permanent showrooms) and they are all looking for business! GETTING HERE AND GETTING AROUND We welcome international and domestic travellers across the globe. The LA Preview destinations are concentrated within El Segundo, conveniently located close to Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). UBER AND LYFT are convenient options for travelling between LAX, local hotels and the Preview destinations, particularly for visitors working to a busy appointment schedule or carrying samples. Journey times and fares will vary depending on traffic and demand. PUBLIC TRANSPORT El Segundo is served by LA Metro, with El Segundo Station and Mariposa Station providing useful connections for the Preview District.

Is it invitation only? No. All toy industry professionals are welcome, including: retailers, distributors, manufacturers, inventors, product scouts. game developers and industry partners.

Do I need a ticket? No. There are no tickets required, and all showrooms are free to attend.

Do I need to register? Registration is not essential, but we recommend registering with ToyPreviews.LA to receive the latest Preview information, exhibitor and showroom updates, event details and important announcements.

Do I need appointments? We recommend arranging meetings in advance to make the most of your visit. Exhibitor contact details and showroom locations can be found in the ToyPreviews.LA online directory.

VISITOR TOP TIPS STAY INFORMED Register with ToyPreviews.LA to keep up to date with everything happening across the LA Previews - before, during and after your visit. PLAN GEOGRAPHICALLY Wherever possible, group appointments by building to make the most of your time and minimise unnecessary travel. While the LA Preview District is relatively compact, meetings can overrun and Los Angeles traffic can significantly affect journey times. TRANSITION TIMES If you are moving between buildings, we recommend allowing at least 15 minutes between appointments, and ideally 20 minutes during busier periods, to account for lifts/ elevators, building exits, travel and check-in at your next showroom. My showroom details have changed - what should I do?

Can I promote new products or launches?

Update your listing as soon as possible so visitors have the latest building, floor and suite information.

Can I list a showroom outside the main Preview buildings? Yes. Premium Listings are available for companies exhibiting at other locations across the LA Preview area.

How can I make my listing stand out? Make sure your company description, brands and contact information are complete. Premium Listings provide additional opportunities to showcase your company, products, images and video.

If you are displaying any confidential, pre-launch or restricted products, please let Michelle know so these are not photographed or filmed. LA Toy Trophy – Football Match Mira Costa High School 1401 Artesia Boulevard Manhattan Beach, CA 90266 Kick-off: 6:30 PM Kick off the LA Previews with the LA Toy Trophy Football Match – a fun and informal opportunity to play, connect and catch up with friends and colleagues from across the global toy industry. Intertoy and Golden Bear will be sponsoring the two teams competing for the trophy – Hermosa Lions FC v El Segundo Warriors FC. The match is open to everyone in the toy industry, whether you want to get involved on the pitch or come along and support from the sidelines. Following the game, an After Party will see drinks and food served at the North End Bar, a classic American Sports Bar located in the heart of Manhattan Beach. The Party will start at 8.30 and end at midnight, with a classic American bar food buffet served from 9pm. Players, supporters and guests are all welcome – ticket prices are $45 for players and $65 for supporters, including a free beer on arrival. LOOKING FOR SHOWROOM SPACE FOR APRIL 2027? Temporary showroom space is available within the LA Toy District for companies looking to establish a presence during the April 2027 Previews. The showrooms are converted office spaces of varying sizes, as shown on the relevant floor plans, with exhibitors also benefiting from access to shared kitchen and lounge facilities within each suite. Temporary Showroom Rates April Preview: $21.50 per sq. ft. September Preview: $22.00 per sq. ft.

Flexible occupancy: The 30-day rental period can be adjusted slightly around Preview appointments. Priority for returning exhibitors: Companies returning for future Previews are given priority for showrooms they have previously occupied.

Planning ahead: April temporary showrooms are typically allocated from late January/early February, with planning for the September Preview beginning Rates include 30 days of occupancy, with some flexibility to in May. adjust the 30-day period for companies with appointments immediately before or after the main Preview dates.

Additional Benefits Package handling: A designated area within the building will receive exhibitor packages, which can either be delivered to your showroom or collected on arrival.
