I have worked within financial services for the past 18 years. Starting my career in the banking industry as a cashier and working through the roles to a bank manager and a mortgage & protection adviser.

I left the banking industry as I wanted to expand my knowledge as a mortgage & protection adviser within the broker world. I spent the rest of my mortgage & protection career based in an estate agent. I thoroughly enjoyed helping clients and finding the best outcome for them and their families. I progressed within the same company to an Area Development Manager role. This role enabled me to recruit and develop new and experienced advisers into the company, training and supporting and helping them achieve their full potential in their role. I soon realised that with the experience I had gained that I was able to make a real difference to advisers who were new to the industry and training them from the very start and working with experienced advisers to take them to the next level.

Protecting our clients to me is a huge part of the broker role and this is something I am hugely passionate about. I spent years training new and experienced brokers on and watching the difference this made- with more clients they were helping and also increasing their business along the way.

I joined Just Mortgages Self Employed division as an Business Manager June 2022, and I truly believe that with the knowledge and experience I have gained with in the industry so far that this is my perfect role. I can provide complete support to all brokers within the industry, whether that be a broker who is starting a new career or experienced brokers who is wanting to grow and develop their business.

I am passionate about this industry and how providing the best service and achieving the right outcome to our clients is key. I am even more passionate about helping and supporting brokers and watching them grow into successful business owners within this industry.
