I made the big decision to leave the MoD and started working for the Prudential as a District Agent over 30 years ago. The first few months were tough, to say the least! I really struggled with the new environment. However, something clicked, and I have been in FS ever since and have never looked back. Everything I have achieved is as a direct result of being in this industry and taking that huge step forward out of the comfort zone for a better life.

The most rewarding experience in whatever role I have been in, has been developing the skills advisors need to become successful. Everyone needs support at one point or another in their career and I have enjoyed passing on these skills that I have gleaned over the years to advisors that found themselves in a similar position to myself many years ago.
