1 Where can I apply for Voyage & Voyage Black credit cards? Customers can apply for the credit card on the SpiceClub website, m-site or through the Axis Bank website, call center, branch, select airport kiosks etc.

2 How can I track my credit card application satuts? The status of your credit card application can be tracked by calling on Axis Bank customer care at 1860 419 5555 / 1860 500 5555 or visiting axisbank.com/support and providing the C1 ID received as SMS post successful application submission.

3 How will I get SpiceClub membership offered as credit card benefit?

Once the card application is approved and processed, a SpiceClub account will be created for the cardholder as per details provided by applicant at the time of card application. In case, a SpiceClub membership already exists against the mobile number, the personal & contact details provided in the credit card application form will be updated in the existing account .

4 How will I get the SpiceJet Voyage/Voyage black voucher? The SpiceJet Voyage/Voyage Black voucher will be issued after successful activation of the credit card within 30 days of card approval.

Voyage/Voyage black vouchers will be credited to member’s SpiceClub account and the same shall be communicated via email and/or SMS. The voucher will also be visible in member’s SpiceClub account.

5 Where can I use Voyage/Voyage black voucher? Vouchers can be used against base fare of flight, seat selections, meals etc. under SpiceClub login.

6 What is SC Point? SC Point is the unit currency of the SpiceClub program. SpiceClub members can earn SC Points against the amount spent as base fare on flights & add-ons for successfully completed flights, and any spends made by member using Voyage/Voyage Black credit card.

Monthly SC Points earnings on credit card spends will be visible in the credit card statement under the section “SC Points Summary”. The same can be viewed by members under ‘My Account’ section of SpiceClub login.
