By H The 2021-2022 NBA season will be very interesting, with multiple huge trades and signings which will involve many NBA stars such as Demar Derozan and Lonzo Ball going to the Bulls, Pat Bev, Steven Adams, Eric Bledsoe, and Rajon Rondo to the Grizzlies.

The Wizards acquired 6 new players from one trade deal involving Russel Westbrook going to the LA Lakers, KCP, Montrezl Harrell, Kyle Kuzma, Spencer Dinwiddie, Aaron Holiday, and Isaiah Todd.

They're traded to the Wizards for Russel Westbrook!! Meanwhile, Kyle Lowry is getting traded to the Miami Heats from the Raptors for Goran Dragic and Precious Achiuwa. That wraps up all the major trades and signings as of August 25, 2021. Who do you think will be crowned NBA champions this season?

By: Heizel The new season has come for all football fans out there. This season's most eyes are set on the new PSG Super Team. During the offseason, PSG had signed 5 new players. These players are Gianluigi Donnarumma (Goalkeeper), Sergio Ramos (Center back), Achraf Hakimi (Right Back), Georginio Wijnaldum (Mid Fielder), and Lionel Messi (Forward). They are all set and ready to play for their new club, Paris-Saint-Germain. Now talking about how PSG managed to sign all of these players, they spent only 60 million euros for all. They signed Achraf Hakimi for 60 million euros while the rest of the players were free transfers because they no longer had a binding contract with their previous clubs. PSG really scored on this deal. I think PSG is in the race to win the UCL. What do you guys think?

While everyone is rushing to get their vaccines for Covid 19 to minimize the spread of this disease, news came out on August 11, saying that a nurse from Germany was suspected to have injected thousands of people with saline solution instead of the Covid 19 vaccine. It was stated by the authorities that this nurse who is not publicly identified, works at the Red Cross and has been giving fake shots to estimated 8,600 people residing in Friesland, which is a rural district near the North Sea Coast.

Fortunately, saline solution was proven to not be harmful, but this also would mean that many people would have to come back and get the actual vaccine

ever since police reported on this incident. Most of the people who were affected by this incident were believed to be the elderly.

“I’m totally shocked by the incident”, said a local councillor named Sven Ambrosy on Facebook. “The disctricted of Friesland will do everything possible to ensure that the affected people receive their vaccination protection as soon as possible.

The nurse’s motive was not made clear to the public, but the police have reported saying that the nurse has posted vaccine-skeptical posts on her social media page. Whether or not the nurse was arrested or charged in any way has not been made clear either.

Haiti Earthquake News BY: CHARLENE

On August 14 2021, a deadly earthquake with a magnitude of 7.2 struck Haiti killing approximately 2,100 people and injuring thousands of others.

U.S.G.S stated that this earthquake was much more deadlier and stronger than the well-known 2010 Haiti earthquake that killed around 300,000 people with a magnitude of 7.0. Two cities suffered the most out of this earthquake; Les Cayes and Jeremie. Officials stated that the earthquake also caused a landslide which blocked the road between the cities Les Cayes and Jeremie. The two main hospitals in these cities reported to being overcrowded and overwhelmed. Among the dead, the mayor of city Les Cayes, Gabriel Fortune who was killed when his hotel collapsed.

According to U.S.G.S, the earthquake struck 8 kilometers from the town of Petit Trou de Nippes which is located in the western part of the country and about 128.7 kilometers away from the capital city, Port au Prince. Seismologists claimed that the earthquake was also felt as far as away as the country of Jamaica, which was 321.9 kilometers away.

A man named Archdeacon Abiade Lozama was said to have been meeting with parents and teachers to discuss plans on returning to physical school when the earthquake took place. “The streets are filled with screaming. People are searching for loved ones, resources, medical help, and water,” he said.

“People are sitting around waiting for word, and there is no word — no word from their family, no word on who will help them. When such a catastrophe happens, people wait for word or some sort of confidence from the state. But there’s nothing. No help.” he said. “Today was supposed to be a day of hope, of meetings with teachers and students to plan for returning to school.” he stated.

The country was said to still be recovering from the massive earthquake that took place and still trying to sort things out after the assasination of their president. This earthquake has pushed the country further into an unstable state. As the country begins to recover from this incident, we should keep Haiti in our prayers.

personal Instagram account, he posted a letter announcing that he has committed to someone and is soon getting married. In his letter, he also announced that he will soon become a father. It seems that his fans are supporting him and his soon-to-be family.

Cube kicking out SooJin from (G)I-DLE It became official on 14 August 2021 that Seo SooJin will no longer be a part of her group (G)IDLE. Cube Entertainment has made the decision to remove her from the group because of all of the rumors that are spreading over the internet which involves SooJin. This decision was said to be made because of all the rumors that are spreading are affecting promotional events not only to (G)I-DLE but to the whole agency.

Heechul and Momo break up

Super Junior’s Heechul and Twice Momo’s relationship was a relationship supported by many fans. It was one that was unique, with a 13 year age gap, but really cute. Both agencies, SM Entertainment and JYP, officially announced the news of their relationship back in 2020. This July it has been reported that both idols have broken things off, but not announcing the reason for their privacy.
