WHEN MAKING A MAINTENANCE REQUEST, PLEASE KEEP IN MIND TO ...

Provide as much information as possible to allow the Maintenance Team to better diagnose the problem and provide a solution in a timely manner.

Be sure to note any special instructions for the Maintenance Team regarding alarms, pets, special instructions, etc.

PLEASE REPORT MAINTENANCE ISSUES AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, SO THAT ISSUES ARE NOT EXACERBATED.

A few days after your request is completed, you may receive an email with a link to a survey asking how the Maintenance Team did with your request. Please provide your honest feedback.

Emergency services have increased priority and will be taken care of at any time. Please review the “MAINTENANCE EMERGENCIES” page outlined in Section 03: Safety Information for a list of items considered to be emergency services.
