You can make a service request anytime through The Fountains resident portal or by calling the Management Office phone number.

MAINTENANCE OPERATION HOURS

Monday - Friday: 9:00AM - 5:00 PM

Maintenance requests will be completed promptly during specified hours of operation, excluding holidays.

EMERGENCY REQUESTS WILL BE HANDLED AT ANY TIME INCLUDING AFTER OFFICE HOURS BY CALLING (469) 828-1139.

WHEN MAKING A MAINTENANCE REQUEST, PLEASE ...

Provide as much information as possible to allow the Maintenance Team to better diagnose the problem and provide a solution in a timely manner.

Be sure to note any special instructions for the Maintenance Team regarding alarms, pets, special instructions, etc.

PLEASE REPORT MAINTENANCE ISSUES AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, SO THAT ISSUES ARE NOT EXACERBATED.

A few days after your request is completed, you may receive an email with a link to a survey asking how the Maintenance Team did with your request. Please provide your honest feedback.

IS YOUR REQUEST CONSIDERED A MAINTENANCE EMERGENCY?

Emergency services have increased priority and will be taken care of at any time. Please review the “Maintenance Emergencies” page outlined in Section 03: Safety Information for a list of items considered to be emergency services.
