As we head into another winter, that means we all need to be extra vigilant in looking after ourselves and each other. It’s not as easy to maintain healthy habits when the temptation is to stay warm and hunker down at home.

However as always, a good diet and a regular exercise regime will go a long way to keeping healthy.
