From March 20th to 22nd, the SPG Summit took place, bringing together more than 50 programbusinessleaders. This three-day event provided a platform for attendees to share best practices, create growth strategies, and network with each other. Throughout the Summit, notable speakers delivered speeches, workshops were conducted, and discussions were held to address industry challenges.

The second day was particularly engaging, with business leaders and CMOs exploring new opportunities and synergies while exchanging ideas.

Attendees shared their experiences at the Summit and expressed their appreciation for the opportunity to network,exchangeideas,andlearnfromeachother.

The Summit wrapped up with a session on emotional intelligence, a key aspect of leadership development. It helps in building relationships, managing stress, and inspiring others, which are critical to creating a supportive workplace culture. SPG places a strong emphasis on a people-firstculture,investinginitsleadersandstaff,andcreatingresourcesthatbenefit everyone.
