In 2013, a group of creative people from The Vera project, SIff, The MarQueen Hotel, BECU (our Title sponsor), Café Lladro, and the Queen Anne Chamber of Commerce joined together to put into motion an eclectic compilation of art, calling this The Uptown Art Walk. This is our third year and proves to be an exciting one for artists to show their creative art in Uptown Queen Anne.
The 2016 season will be launched february 18th from 5pM to 8pM, featuring art from local artists on the second floor of the Armory, in conjunction with Seattle’s “Best damn Happy Hour’.
March 2016 starts the beginning of the monthly art walk. The Uptown Art Walk will be the Third Thursday of March through November.
The season will have businesses like Teatro Zinzanni, Tin Lizzy Lounge, Solo Bar, Mud Bay, The Loft by Streamline Tavern to name a few. Watch for the list of venues by going to www. uptownArtWalk.org or go to uptown art walk facebook.
