The gift of attention is a highly prized usher attribute. If signals are missed, communications not heard, the needs of worshipers not focused on, the quality of an usher’s effectiveness is negatively impacted. The Bible guides us in how we are to serve, “And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord…. for ye serve the Lord Christ.” Colossians 3:23-24.
