Join us for a day of empowerment, education, and celebration designed to honor and enhance the well-being of men and women in our community! Breakfast will be provided for this free event.
Registration is required.
• 20-Minute Presentations on colorectal cancer, prostate cancer, and breast cancer
• Cancer Screenings
o Take-Home FIT Kit for colorectal cancer for men and women ages 45-75 who:
o have never had a colonoscopy,
o do not have a history of colorectal cancer, and
o are not experiencing symptoms or increased risk factors of colorectal cancer
o On-Site PSA blood test for prostate cancer for men 40 years and older
o $10 gift card provided after completing brief questionnaires and screening
• Resource Tables including genetic testing outreach, clinical trials information, breast cancer information, ambassador outreach, and CCH Wellness programs
