This health screening is for adults ages 20-79 who have NOT had a heart attack or stroke. It includes:
• Blood pressure
• Non-fasting test for glucose, total cholesterol and HDL
• Weight and body mass index (BMI)
• Advice on how to be healthy and live longer!
Appointments strongly recommended (Walk-ins will be accepted, pending staff availability)
