Church Family the following items will help us serve with greater efficiency:
• Sunday Bulletin Submissions: Please ensure all items for the Sunday Bulletin are submitted to the Church Office no later than 12 noon on Wednesday. You can email your announcement information to assistantsecretary@stpaulsbaptist.org. Any submissions received after the deadline will be included in the next available Sunday Bulletin.
• In-Service Ministry Announcements: If you have announcements for in-service ministries, kindly send them to spbcannouncementministry@gmail.com. These announcements will be made during Pastoral Emphasis and St. Paul’s ministry news segments only. The deadline for these announcements is Monday. The advertisement will run three weeks prior to the event date.
• Pastoral Emphasis and Sunday Announcements: To have your announcement included in Pastoral Emphasis or to request an announcement on Sunday, please submit your information by 12 noon on Friday. You can reach us at 610.692.2446 Ext. 140 or email your announcement details to churchoffice@stpaulsbaptist.org.
• Graphic Design and Printing Requests: For events requiring graphic design work and/or printing such as flyers, banners, programs, or booklets, please submit your request at least 14 days (2 weeks) prior to the event.

Communication with Pastor: We understand that urgent matters may arise between Friday and Sunday, necessitating communication with Pastor. However, to minimize distractions for Pastor as he prepares for worship on Sunday mornings, please refrain from sending notes requesting announcements unless it is an emergency. Your understanding and cooperation in this matter are greatly appreciated. Thank you.
