“We don’t need another political uprising. We don’t need another conqueror on the scene. What we need is a special word, that will bond within our hearts and give us direction from above. We need a Word from the Lord. A Word from the Lord. Just one Word from the Lord, will remove all the doubts and cause the sun to shine and give peace of mind. Speak Lord, Speak Lord.”

Save the Date - Clothing Ministry Reopening Soon!

The St. Paul's Clothing Ministry will be reopening soon! You can assist by bringing your donations to the church during normal church office hours (Mon.- Fri.: 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.) and left at the back stairwell. Due to limited space, we are now accepting donations of clothing for spring and summer only. (Please hold your winter items for the fall). We will accept women's, men's, and children's clothing, along with handbags, hats, belts, shoes/socks, and athletic wear. We are asking that clothing be new and/or gently worn, freshly washed (or dry cleaned) and in good condition. Please bring your items on hangers or neatly folded in shopping bags, laundry baskets (which can be returned) in tote bags, or in cardboard boxes.

We are especially in need of infants, toddler and children's clothing.

Please help us spread the word! Opening date and hours of operation will be posted in the bulletin soon. Thank you!

ST. PAUL’S WILL BE CLOSED MONDAY, MAY 29, 2023, IN OBSERVANCE OF MEMORIAL DAY

COVID 19 cases have significantly decreased across the United States due to vaccinations and mitigation strategies. Since the beginning of the pandemic, the St. Paul's Health and Wellness Ministry and administrative staff have followed the science and implemented mitigation strategies designed to protect our congregants and visitors. According to the CDC, the COVID-19 response to the pandemic will end as of May 11, 2023.As the end of the pandemic response by the U.S, government approaches, it is imperative that we modify protocols put into place during the pandemic response to align with current scientific recommendations. For more information, please click on the following link: httRs://www.hhs.gov/about/news/2023/02/09/fact-sheet-covid-19-Rublichealth-emergency_-transition-roadmaR.html

Therefore, the following protocols will be implemented as of April 2, 2023.

• Masks are optional. (Unanimous agreement by Deacons and Trustees)

• Vaccinations are no longer required for participation in ministry activities.

• All seats in the sanctuary will be open for occupancy.

• Persons from the same household are no longer required to be seated together.

• The culinary ministry will continue to follow post COVID guidelines as determined by the Department of Health.

• Tithes and offerings will continue to be collected online and via the towers placed in the aisles at the church.

• Church bulletins will be placed in baskets outside of the sanctuary. Congregants may pick up bulletins before entering the sanctuary.

• Congregants may enter the church using all designated entry ways and exits.

Although the pandemic response by the government has ended, the COVID-19 virus has not been completely eradicated. We continue to encourage you to be vaccinated. We will continue to monitor COVID data and recommendations from the CDC. We will modify protocols in accordance with the data. We thank you for your continued support during these unprecedented times.
