Church Family the following three items will help us serve with greater efficiency:
Any items that you need to be placed in the Sunday Bullen must be submited to the Church Office by noon on Wednesday. You may email your announcement informaon to assistantsecretary@stpaulsbapst.org. If informaon is received aer the deadline, it will be placed in the next upcoming Sunday Bullen.
Any in-service Ministry announcements can be sent to spbcannouncementministry@gmail.com. They will announce Pastoral Emphasis and St. Paul’s ministry news only. The deadline is Monday to be announced 2 weeks out.
Any item of informaon for Pastoral Emphasis, or if you are requesng to make an announcement on Sunday, must be submited by noon on Friday. You may either call 610.692.2446 Ext. 140 or email your announcement informaon to churchoffice@stpaulsbapst.org. We realize that things do happen between Friday and Sunday and that the need may arise wherein someone has to get a note to Pastor. However, in an effort to give Pastor minimal distracons on Sunday mornings as he prepares for worship, aside from an emergency, please refrain from sending a note to Pastor requesng that he make an announcement.

COVID 19 cases have significantly decreased across the United States due to vaccinations and mitigation strategies. Since the beginning of the pandemic, the St. Paul's Health and Wellness Ministry and administrative staff have followed the science and implemented mitigation strategies designed to protect our congregants and visitors. According to the CDC, the COVID-19 response to the pandemic will end as of May 11, 2023.As the end of the pandemic response by the U.S, government approaches, it is imperative that we modify protocols put into place during the pandemic response to align with current scientific recommendations. For more information, please click on the following link: httRs://www.hhs.gov/about/news/2023/02/09/fact-sheet-covid-19-Rublichealth-emergency_-transition-roadmaR.html
Therefore, the following protocols will be implemented as of April 2, 2023.
• Masks are optional. (Unanimous agreement by Deacons and Trustees)
• Vaccinations are no longer required for participation in ministry activities.
• All seats in the sanctuary will be open for occupancy.
• Persons from the same household are no longer required to be seated together.
• The culinary ministry will continue to follow post COVID guidelines as determined by the Department of Health.
• Tithes and offerings will continue to be collected online and via the towers placed in the aisles at the church.
• Church bulletins will be placed in baskets outside of the sanctuary. Congregants may pick up bulletins before entering the sanctuary.
• Congregants may enter the church using all designated entry ways and exits.
Although the pandemic response by the government has ended, the COVID-19 virus has not been completely eradicated. We continue to encourage you to be vaccinated. We will continue to monitor COVID data and recommendations from the CDC. We will modify protocols in accordance with the data. We thank you for your continued support during these unprecedented times.
