“We don’t need another political uprising. We don’t need another conqueror on the scene. What we need is a special word, that will bond within our hearts and give us direction from above. We need a Word from the Lord. A Word from the Lord. Just one Word from the Lord, will remove all the doubts and cause the sun to shine and give peace of mind. Speak Lord, Speak Lord.”

Come meet the MLK Knitters!

Would you like to lean into your crafty side or find out how easy knitting can be?

Come join us to knit for a cause and fellowship with the Unitarian Congregation of West Chester. You don't need experience or supplies. Our first project supports hats for babies through the Maternal Child Health Consortium of Chester County.

Ages 10 and over are welcome! Come and bring a friend!

Our next meeting is Tuesday, Mar. 5th at 6:30 pm. See us on the 2nd floor, in the St. Paul's Baptist Church library. If you have questions, contact Deacon Ghana Rowell after church or email Gpearl79@gmail.com; put knitting in your subject line. We are excited to welcome all who are interested!

Why We Need

"Black History is American History"

Join Seba Enrichment Academy as we discuss and reflect on the role and impact African Americans have played in shaping the United States.

Our ministry will again provide exciting opportunities to dig deeper into connections with our rich African past and share our resilience as a people.

We will also share full and inclusive civics and history education that will ensure opportunities to learn about the contributions of Black Americans not only during February but throughout the entire year.

Our classes are for all ages, youth - adults.

• Once registered, you will be notified of workshop topics, special guests, field trips and dates.

Do you have/or know someone with a special talent? Whether it may be singing, dancing, or spoken word, we are looking for someone to be part of our program. If so, please contact Bro. David Durnell or the church office.

The next volunteers meeting will be on Sunday, March 3, 2024 immediately following morning service in Kitchen Side Fellowship Hall

We will be handing out assignments to the volunteers and have a mock trial run of the dinner.

I would like to thank Pastor Croft, Ministerial Staff, Deacons, Trustees, Ushers, Men's Fellowship , Woman's Fellowship as well as those kind congregation members. I had never been on the receiving end of the St Paul's unconditional love until last week. The calls, cards, prayers, emails and text that St Paul's exhibited was uplifting. It was a great feeling to know your home church cares this much and showed me and my family love and what it means to be a 5 star church. God is still in control.

Thankyou&Condolences. Glory, Glory as we help others!!
