As the Executive Director of the Space Coast Office of Tourism, I’m thrilled to present to you the destination where we offer amazing experiences for trained athletes and sports enthusiasts on and off our fields. Here on Florida’s Space Coast, you’ll not only find great sports venues, but we are the only beach that doubles as a launchpad. With 72 miles of beaches and rocket launches going up on a weekly basis, there is no better place to bring athletes to compete.
Whether competing in baseball or softball at one of our county venues, or competing in a surfing competition, we have a sports venue for everyone. We also offer great training facilities for rowing, soccer, and lacrosse, as well. We look forward to hosting your event or training session here on the Space Coast. Your club, team, school, or organization will find a most hospitable environment for your sport. And there is so much to do after the event, whether it is relaxing on our beach or eating at one of our many fine restaurants.

TESTIMONIALS
Over the past two years we have been incredibly grateful to bring an elite national junior golf event to Florida’s Space Coast. Duran Golf Club has served as a tremendous host for the Moon Golf Junior All-Star where kids traveled in from around the country to test their skills at a high-quality tournament venue. Hosting our event in April in sunny Central Florida is ideal on our schedule to provide players the best weather and condition to showcase all that Florida’s Space Coast has to offer, on and off the course. Hosting an event on the Space Coast gives our participants so much to see outside of golf whether it is seeing world famous attractions or enjoying the beautiful Atlantic Ocean beaches. This
destination is on the top of our player’s schedule, and we look forward to returning for many years to come.”
Matt Emmi Regional Director, Florida American Junior Golf Association
The very heart of Florida’s Space Coast serves as an impeccable venue for the Annual NKFF Rich Salick Surf Festival. With over forty years of running the event on the Space Coast, this weeklong Surf Festival caters to all ages and demographics by bringing world class surfing, entertainment, activities, and fun to the area’s beaches and surrounding businesses. Occurring at the historic Westgate Cocoa Beach Pier, the event takes full advantage of prime surfing real
estate to showcase Florida’s finest surfers including Ron Jons team riders and Space Coast locals who are sure to put on a show for all spectators. This surfing epicenter also serves as an ideal central location to enjoy all that the Space Coast has to offer including restaurants, family activities like mini golf, rocket launches, shopping, and of course the miles and miles of pristine beaches, perfect for taking advantage of the year-round great surf. That along with the consistently beautiful weather on the Space Coast truly make the event a tradition that is sure to stay for many years to come.”
