01 FOREWARD Our work is guided by The Sovini Group’s vision of creating a better future for the communities we serve. The Group’s inhouse supply chain sees collaborative working across our commercial, social and not-for-profit businesses. This approach improves our service delivery, and supports our mission of creating opportunities and changing lives.

Here at Sovini Construction, we are committed to protecting the environment through sustainable practices. A collaborative Group approach to delivering our net-zero carbon commitment is designed to improve the wellbeing of customers, colleagues, clients, communities and beyond.

We recognise that success is measured by more than just metrics. Each project must consider it’s social, economic, and environmental impact to ensure a strong and sustainable legacy.

We believe that our colleagues are our greatest asset. We are proud to create meaningful employment opportunities for like-minded individuals who share our vision of creating a better future, and are passionate about adding value to the lives of our customers.

An ethical supply chain that provides sustainable delivery, and community enrichment is equally as important as time, cost, and quality. Each of these points sits at the heart of everything we do, and we are committed to ensuring we deliver on each of these qualities.

We are dedicated to achieving our social value goals and our core company values demonstrate the steps we are taking, and the company culture we are creating in order to meet our objectives.
