Your contribution counts Each employee at The Sovini Group plays a vital part in delivering on the Group’s purpose. To succeed, your values should match ours; if they do, your contribution will make a genuinely positive difference to the lives of our customers, fellow colleagues, and the communities we serve every day. In 2022/3, we generated £48.4M in social value and welcomed 218 new colleagues, including 28 apprentices. Through living our values, we invested £18.27M in improving over 10,000 existing homes and £11.8M in developing new and affordable homes. Are you ready to make your contribution count?

What’s next? Before you start living our values, the next step in your journey is the interview and assessment stage, where we’ll get the chance to see if we are the right fit for one another. Our interviews and assessments will be values-based, ensuring the perfect candidate is chosen to fulfil our mission. So, expect to be given the chance to demonstrate how you’ve shown success, passion, authenticity, courage and enterprise from your experiences to date. If successful, you’ll be welcomed into The Sovini Group family, where you’ll move on to the onboarding stage, getting to know everything that makes us who we are – from our history, to our culture, to the work we do to make a difference. Once onboarding is complete, we’ll set a date for you to begin your journey with us, and during your first six-months your success will be measured by how you encompass our values and help us strive for a better future.
