ACCELERATED 2 – YEAR J.D. PROGRAM Each year, we welcome a handpicked cohort of diverse and talented students to our 2-year program. We have been doing so for over 40 years—decades longer than any law school in the country! SCALE offers a robust curriculum that exposes students to multiple practice areas, core legal doctrine, and essential lawyering skills.

The program includes a required set of courses, a guaranteed externship, and flexibility to create a focus area or concentration (e.g. entertainment and media, criminal, public interest, civil advocacy, or technology law and entrepreneurship) through a second externship, choice of electives, working in a legal setting, or attending a summer abroad program.
