“Sirius”

is a feature length documentary that follows Dr. Steven Greer – an Emergency Medicine doctor turned UFO/ New Energy researcher – as he struggles to disclose top secret information about classified energy & propulsion techniques. Dandelion can now become a loved yard flower! It offer vitamins B1, B2, B5, B6, B12, C, E, P, and D as well as biotin, inositol, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, and zinc. Dandelion root is a homegrown multivitamin!

When the leaves are eaten or made into a tonic it can aid digestion, constipation, and it is also used for arthritic conditions and gout. It cleanses the liver, kidneys, and gall bladder.

Dandelion root is a powerful body detoxifying herb. The high levels of potassium will break down the acid in the blood, and assist in dissolving kidney stones. The dandelion may lower blood sugar, and assist those with Type I and Type II diabetes in regulating sugar.

So how do you enjoy these amazing benefits? First, let’s go over a few keys to harvesting dandelion.

Do not use: if you are allergic to plants of the daisy (Asteraceae) family such as Echinacea, Chamomile or Dandelion.  



Never harvest any dandelions close to a road.

Never harvest dandelions from an industrial lot, or any space where past pollution might have been an issue.

Never harvest dandelions from a yard where pesticides and fertilizers have been used.

If you're not ready to eat your dandelions there are still many external uses. The hollow tube, yields a milky substance that is good for the removal of warts, moles and treating pimples. It is also used for treatment of eczema, acne, psoriasis and to soothe insect stings and blisters.

Though the least bitter dandelions are harvested before they flower, you can harvest them all through the season to enjoy their health benefits. The larger the leaf - the more bitter the taste. Use the inner, smaller leaves to add to salads, while the larger leaves are great for cooking.

Cook and serve similar to kale or spinach, it is wonderful in eggs, soups, and keeps well when cooked and frozen. Make sure you soak and clean your leaves well, rinse and repeat a few times. Test for bitterness before adding to salads, mixing with other greens is recommended, but not required!

The leaves are wonderful, but there is even more you can do with dandelion roots.

Roasted dandelion root can be used to make coffee, tea and much more if you get experimental. Harvest the root and wash well by soaking in water and scrubbing. There is a lot of dirt, so make sure to take time with this step. Now, cut your roots into small chunks as you might to roast carrots, and rinse one more time. Place your cut roots in a single layer on your baking sheet, and put in your oven on 250, with the door ajar. This will take about 2hrs, check to make sure they are roasting evenly and do not burn. Keep your roasted dandelion roots in a glass mason jar. Use a coffee grinder to turn those roasted roots into coffees and teas, or even to use as a rub on meats!

Not everything has a learning curve. Some things are just to be enjoyed for what they are, and how they can make you feel during that particular moment. There is a wonderful vibration which emanates from each living thing. Can any of you sense it? Each living thing is interconnected.

If we are all One, says Metatron, and we are all connected then the lines in this bedroom are eventually going to touch energetically to every truck stop, every cup of coffee served, all tornados and lightning bolts which roll over hillsides and cause destruction and mayhem whenever they can.

And if we are all one, then lives lost overseas will move into the Light and sometimes into our hearts as well.

Being part and parcel of Oneness does not mean perfection. It means giving one's all to learning how to work in a partnership with those around you, and you may fall down sometimes. You may fail to recognize the Light in others and they in you. As they say....'We live and learn...'

This Oneness is not transparent for if it were, there would be nothing new to learn and no real surprises in life. "We are one..." really means that we will pull together when times get tough, and we will try to love one another and be there through the difficult times. Think of the Tower of Babel, of the parting of the Red Sea, and in this century, think of the Holocaust...

What is it that holds mankind together when all around them life is exploding and falling apart? It is One's faith, One's love, One's connection to something better than his or her self. Yes, One person can make a difference in the lives of others.

It is now time for 'all there is' to reconnect to the Earth energies that are all around you. Time to kick off your shoes, and walk slowly and gently in some grass, on the sand; slog through some mud, to climb high up on a hill overlooking the ocean, or just take off your sandals, and rest your feet comfortably on a strip of grass outside of one's apartment house.

Life nowadays does not usually involve letting one's feet walk unfettered through tall grasses. It is for this reason that nerve disorders become worse during fall and winter months, and recede somewhat during the hot sunny months of summer.

What about people who live in urban areas, and cannot easily find clean grass to walk upon? What can they do to reduce pain levels in their bodies by themselves?

Pain levels can be reduced using a combination of shamanic techniques and visualization exercises. One only needs to set an intention and follow the instructions that can be found in any number of websites or books.

Simple intentions are the best such as "Please show me my relaxation center; the place that I can return to, over and over, to reduce my stress, feel pleasure, and to help remove any pains in my body."

Would you give us some easy steps for the lay person to follow? Sometimes Metatron, pain can be acute, and it is hard to distance one's self from said pains.

Yes, we can see that in the beginning, getting started on a new path such as this one can be hard for the uninitiated.

So, let's start with just sitting on a bed or in your comfortable chair. Make sure that you have removed all footwear. Flex both feet and fingertips, if possible, in all directions. Do windmills with your feet. Move your head in circles a few times. Try stretching out your arms reaching for the sky once or twice in the process.

You are doing this so as to be ready for your shamanic trip. The Lord God protects all who knowingly choose to work in accordance with Divine Will/ the will of God and 8

your I AM presence/ your Higher Self, and if what you choose to do is for the good of all concerned...you will find success and prosper.

Over the last 10 years of my life, maybe even longer I have known one thing to be true, I want to be a successful business women, and work for myself. I drove my parents crazy as a kid with my constant new ideas, every day I had a new invention or a business plan. I spent my late teen and early twenty's taking seminar after seminar and reading book after book. I also opened a company in 2002 “Organize It” building off my natural skills as a double Virgo to get people super organized in their homes and offices. All went well until the market crash over night; the business was a sitting duck. I lost momentum, and went back to working for others. Back then I still held so many traits of an unsuccessful person that picking myself up, asking for help, or realizing I didn't know it all was much to much for me to say out loud!

Self development is a never ending process, and those who know it and love it are amazingly successful because they take care of their own mind, body and soul first! They know without this important connection you can take all the action in the world, and still fall flat on your face.

One thing never changed, I wanted to be a successful business women! After a year or more of working for others my drive to get out of the rat race was back, and I quit my job. I began finding alternatives to make a living that still allowed me time to grow and find a new vision.

The things I began to learn as I searched for myself were amazing. I noticed for the first time that ALL successful

QUANTUM MECHANICS Part Two

H

istory dictates that Quantum Mechanics initially bubbled forth from the works of Max Planck, Neils Bohr, Louis De Broglie, Werner Heisenberg, and Erwin Schrödinger, and in many ways that's correct. As a formal movement, it was indeed these masters of early 20th century scientific thought from which Quantum Mechanics was born, yet as visionary as these modern-day geniuses were, their theories and predictions are not the true parents of Quantum Mechanics, for that one needs to go back a few thousand years. "I know. I know," you say, "we need to go back to the Greeks." "Well, yes... and no."

In actual fact, the first concepts which hinted at the quanta world emerged in India. Roughly a hundred years before the Greeks. Three schools of thought - the Jain, Ajivika, and Carvaka - were all proponents of the idea that the universe was made up of immutable elemental building blocks. A particular view of the world we now refer to as Atomism, which comes from the Greek word for indivisible, "atomem". Which brings us back to the Greeks.

Even though notions of a discrete microscopic world first existed in India, it was really the works of two Greek philosophers which helped plant the seed for later scientists, and by understanding what they thought and why they thought it, will help give you a firm grasp of what Quantum Mechanics is fundamentally all about.

Their names are Leucippus and Democritus, and if you decide to hunt these fellows down one curiosity will become glaringly obvious quite early on - a number of people don't think Leucippus actually existed. This, for our sake, is ultimately an irrelevancy. Whether he was real or not doesn't change the fact that what he is claimed to have thought up IS real, not to mention, Aristotle gave him a solid when he personally labeled Leucippus the inventor of Atomism. I mean, who's going to argue with Aristotle.

Right. Anyway, this whole is-he-real debate probably stems from the harsh reality that when it came to writing, Democritus was the Paul Simon to Leucippus's Art Garfunkel so what little information survived the vicious atrophy of time usually had Democritus's fingerprints all over it. One final side-bar. "Democracy" is not named after Democritus. "Democracy" comes from the Greek "dēmokratía" which existed as both a word and a concept for governing over a century before Democritus was born.

Now back to the Atomists.

When Leucippus and Democritus showed up on the scene, Greece was already a scorching hot cauldron boiling over with revolutionary ideas, fantastic new discoveries, and mind-shattering innovations. For the first time in the West, mythology was being pushed to the side by an evergrowing powerhouse of math and science. Problem was, two towering geniuses had sort of forced intellectual thought about what constituted the essence of the universe

into an impasse. In one corner were the Eleactics led by Parmenides who believed that nothing ever truly changed.

To them, even motion was an illusion. In the other corner was Heraclitus, of the "you never step in the same river twice" fame who expounded that the only thing which was actually real was, in fact, change.

As far apart from each other as these two philosophies were, Leucippus and Democritus realized they were not mutually exclusive. There was, in their opinion, a way to describe a world which was fundamentally unchangeable while also constantly in a state of flux. Therein lies their majesty. More than what this hybrid theory actually described, what truly gave breath to future thinkers was that these two men saw a way to combine two perfectly contradicting ideologies into one cohesive theory. They saw a way to construct a definition of the world where change is inevitable, but the sum total of all its parts remained constant. This is pretty much the one single strand of thought that permeates all modern-day theories. That being said, it was indeed the way in which they said this that gave spark to the flame which over two thousand years later grew into the fire we know as Quantum Mechanics. They defined the universe as being made up of small eternal indivisible particles which although immutable could nevertheless alter their shape, position, and order. Particles which never changed, but just so happened to have properties which projected an overall sense of change. In other words, they described the universe as something composed of discrete microscopic "things" which, when added together, created a continuous macroscopic moving reality. That, at its core, is the backbone of Quantum Mechanics.

Dear Marilyn P, I am sorry that you and your brother seem to have reached a bit of an impasse. It seems from what I am "feeling" that there are some old issues that he is holding on to. I am going to suggest to you that you write him a letter inside of a lovely card (blank)...explaining to him that you would like to reestablish or establish an adult friendship with him.

Explain that you are not sure why there is an estrangement with him, but you are feeling that it is something that must have transpired from the

past...so might you take the initiative and say you are sorry for whatever it might be that happened in the past that has bothered him. To open the door of communication between you, I know that you may have a tough time doing this, but I feel he needs to hear this from you. At the end of the letter, set up a place, date and time to meet, give a weeks notice. See what happens from there! Dear Pat, Everyone and all the teachings tell me to "let go". If I have a problem that is seemingly unresolvable, you know, something that is just eating me up, running around and around my little pea brain driving me towards being insanely, obsessively bonkers, everyone says, "well, just let it go. Don't carry it that

weight anymore. Make a decision and let-it-go! The past is gone and there's nothing that can be done.

Why are you holding on to this?"

I say, "Right. I wish it was that easy!!" What about seeing that this experience has now become a permanent part of me? My view of life is now colored by the sequence of events that took place.

Stop fighting it, stop trying to undo or fix it, but accept this new perspective of life.

I guess the question is: How do you finally and forever Let-It-Go, or is it better to accept and assimilate the experience even if it doesn't taste so good? Any suggestions?

It is very difficult when the "past" holds on to your life, and you seem to LIVE YOUR PAST IN YOUR PRESENT AND FUTURE. When the past has such a hold on you, it means that you never truly let it go or dealt with the core issue. Recommended Movie Gregg Braden - The 7 Essene Mirrors From the perspective of the ancient Essenes, every human on the earth is an initiate in the Mystery School that we call Life. Whether they are conscious of it or not, every human will experience in the presence of others mirrors of themselves in that moment. What the Essenes said was that for us to know and master ourselves in this world, we will see one or some combination of mirrored patterns in others. This is tremendously powerful but very subtle. The ancient Essenes had a very sophisticated understanding of interpersonal human relationships and the role of emotion in those relationships.

It's the role of emotion that we have carefully sifted out of our Western experience up until very recently. Now, as we go back into these texts, we see that it is emotion that proves the power and, when coupled with logic, true magic and miracles occur.

“The Seven Essential Elements to Living the Life of Your Dreams”

Can you share more about the process of the steps you work through with your clients?

The first three elements are about getting fully connecting with ourselves, the next step, the fourth step, is “Own material-based, meaning: we primarily make our choices from the your Own.” It is about re-claiming space of “How much time and money ourselves and our lives, it’s about recognizing what parts of ourselves are is this going to either cost or earn me?” To instead, centering our lives standing in our way. Expansion with that Sagittarius full moon on the 25th may have been a little intense. Did you run into any issues with anyone? The full moon can often bring a lot to the surface, and in a fire moon like Sagittarius you might have been in line for a few firestorms if things were out of balance. With Sagittarius it’s about freedom and creative growth, and if those things are inhibited in your life…problems would certainly come up. The expansion of oneself often pushes the buttons of those who are self-limiting. That may have sparked an argument or two, but it is all about pushing your own boundaries, and those who don’t want you to or are in fear of your expansion will show you that. Now is the time to stick to working on yourself, and be creative with your leaps of limitless growth. The only limits are the ones you impose on yourself. Did you get any major messages last month? You must be well aware by now that beautiful guiding loving Esmeralda is Fae. A magical fairy that even till this day stands by me and guides the lighted way. Fairies are magical beings that though are closer than we can truly see, care not for our interaction. They have larger matters like caring for mother earth, yet I want to include you in on very sacred, secret fairies; they love our help and enjoy our company if we respect their habitat.

When I first sited Esmeralda I was an innocent, today as an adult I have even greater admiration for the fairies, and the job that we over look that they do so very well.

The quest I have begun this very month proves fairies are real, and you too can inhabit their habitat if you believe. In this new adventure that I invite you to be a part of I will share how you too can meet the fairies that surround your place of home. Lily is a great fairy that helps, guides and lights my way, she is of dark oranges and reds; though she looks wicked is dear sweet.

Her specialties are roses as she is surrounded by flowers all the time, and I gift her with an array of colors that she blooms with delight. Lily is a flower healing fairy she uses the essence of the bloom to heal mother earth on her plane. I am now, more than ever, aware of how great her tiny part is in this massive state. You too can gift the fairies in your own part of this miraculous earth we call home. Simply go out into your yard, your parks, and see what needs to be feed, what plants need caring, and what areas needs trees; where the flowers should be even stray animals are part of their domain.

At first, before the un-veiling of my childhood revelation, I could not comprehend how I knew what plants needed if they were sick or needed water, if they were over watered or needed more sunlight. They sort of spoke to me, but that’s silly I’m not Alice, and this is far beyond wonderland; still the plants spoke, and I was out of my spiritual closest and spoke their truth. From calling workers in the supermarkets to water their plants, to putting fresh cut flowers back into their vases. You see people are on a race, and blind to everything that is not part of them, this is why sometimes I understand why we are called the human race. We don’t stop to see the very little things. Earth angels known as elementals (fairies) don’t care much for our ignorance to the beauty that surrounds us, and gifts of miracles each and every day. Now I teach this occurrence through my videos, and the fairies are guiding the creation of my next quest.

You see, it's a bit of a loaded word for most.

Worthiness thinking about the most important means something we are born with, not relationship that we ever have...The one with something we work for. ourselves.

Life experience teaches, that we can never fully please anyone to the level that we could ever truly find satisfaction for them and for us. The more we learn about how loving ourselves and how it applies to law of attraction, the more we know about how it influences the people around us.

As I went through my list, I found it easier and easier to find words that described fully who I really am, not just the easy stuff, the character traits, but the real me.

The basic worthiness of who I am, that was born with me. A real honest look at how we are viewed by that inner self.

This is especially true of romantic partners.

The ones we tend to hold the most accountable for happiness in our life. It's a slippery slope however, when we put other’s happiness before our own.

It's a lovely feeling to put yourself first; to appreciate before you share yourself with someone else, to know your value and hold it in highest regards, and, by law of attraction, the universe must naturally reflect that back to you.

My favorite Abraham-Hicks quote about this subject goes something like this..."And if you’re relevant to their joy, then you’re relevant to their pain. And before you know it, it's going to turn on you".
