Barb Agee has the answers with four summery casseroles that are each remarkable. Her menu includes Baked Early Summer Risotto, with leeks, fennel, chives, mushrooms and three cheeses, Rainbow Lasagna, layers of roasted beets, sweet potatoes and pesto topped with mozzarella cheese, mildly spicy Veggie Enchilada Casserole, and Ham, Farro, and Asparagus Casserole, with shallots, carrots, fresh basil, whole grain bread crumbs, and ham bound with a savory Asiago cheese custard.

The Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid, CPR, and AED certifcation is a course that teaches participants to respond to and manage illnesses and injuries in a child or infant in the frst few minutes until professional help arrives. This course is designed to meet the regulatory requirements for child care workers in all 50 U.S. states. The instructor-led course is approximately 5 hours, with skills testing by an American Heart Association instructor or skills evaluator during the course.

After learning proper guitar and hand placement, students will be able to play clear individual notes and strum basic chords on the guitar. With that knowledge, they will then learn simple arrangements of 2 or more well-known songs that (with practice) they’ll be able to play on their own. INSTRUCTOR HIGHLIGHT JEFF SAXON Singer/songwriter/guitarist/ukulele player Jef Saxon, is known for his meaningful, expertly- crafted and soulfully-delivered songs with jazz, blues, Latin and old-school R&B leanings. Saxon's compositions and music videos have earned him over 50 awards from various national and international songwriting contests and flm festivals. Before making the move to Washington state in 2018, Jef lived and performed in Los Angeles for many years, where he worked in the studio or shared stages with well-known Grammy-nominated jazz and pop artists such as Dave Koz, Little Richard, John Daversa, Norman Brown, and the jazz/fusion group, Hiroshima.
