Construction OAC meetings occurring bi-weekly Construction Progress: Area C: AHU set, Exterior walls completed, interior framing and drywall ongoing. MEP rough-in ongoing. Area D foundations and basement concrete ongoing. Plumbing underground rough-in has commenced. Area A exterior wall framing and sheathing completed. Roof dried in. MEP wall and overhead rough-in ongoing. Interior renovations are ongoing throughout building Playground re-paving to occur week of October 20th.

Proposed Change Orders: Additional Bulk Excavation Quantities and pricing are pending verification by the Design Team and PJ Dick.
