Introducing Polycarbonate Sheets
Structured polycarbonate sheets are durable panels made from a thermoplastic polymer renowned for its impact resistance. Widely used as a lightweight and robust alternative to glass, they are utilised in a wide range of applications such as lean-tos, conservatories, carports, garden sheds, garages, secondary glazing and more.
Sheet Lengths
Available in lengths from 100mm to 7000mm and widths from 400mm to 2100mm, polycarbonate sheets offer flexibility for all manner of installations. Sheets can also be cut to size to suit your exact needs.
Finishes Clear
Polycarbonate is available in three finishes; clear, bronze and opal, each offering unique benefits regarding light intensity, glare reduction and insulation.
• Light transmission: Up to 90% transparency, depending on thickness.
• Appearance: A good choice for projects where clarity and transparency are essential.
Bronze
• Light transmission: 50-70% transparency, depending on thickness.
• Appearance: Tinted and slightly reflective, ideal for deflecting heat and softening light.
Opal
• Light transmission: 40-60% transparency, depending on thickness.
• Appearance: Has a frosted or milky-white finish, creating softer, more diffused light while maintaining privacy.
Composition
Twinwall sheets are comprised of two outer layers with a layer of internal air channels between them. This creates a lightweight yet strong sheet that provides some thermal insulation due to the air trapped between the layers.
Triplewall sheets are made up of three outer layers with two layers of internal air channels. This significantly enhances strength and thermal insulation, increasing durability and energy-efficiency.
Multiwall sheets consist of three layers with two layers of internal air channels. This increases the sheet’s insulation properties and strength, making it more energy-efficient than twinwall.

A snap-down roof glazing bar with a heavy-duty aluminium base section and tough UV stable upper section. Suitable to use with polycarbonate sheets with a thickness of 10 - 25mm. Lengths available:
