HPS200 ULTRA® PLASTIC COATED is a factory applied 200µm (micron) PVC coating applied to a fully galvanised steel substrate resulting in the most reliable and highest quality finish available. Manufactured in the UK, exclusively by Tata Steel (formerly Corus).
BENEFITS
LEATHERGRAIN PLASTIC COATED (PLASTISOL) is a factory applied 200µm (micron) PVC coating applied to a fully galvanised steel substrate resulting in an exceptionally durable, high gloss, attractive finish.
POLYESTER PAINTED is a factory applied 2-part paint coating applied to a fully galvanised substrate offering a fully functional yet highly cost effective finish.

HPS200 Ultra® plastic coated
HPS200 Ultra® is covered by Tata’s Confidex® Guarantee and covers cut-edge corrosion for the entirety of the Confidex® Guarantee period of up to 40 years*. There is no requirement for any inspections or maintenance during the guarantee period. Registration directly with Tata is required. For further details, refer to the Tata website.

Leathergrain plastic coated (plastisol)
Leathergrain Plastic Coated finish, if provided with regular maintenance(2), may last for 30-40 years (or more) depending on the building location and the roof orientation, pitch and chosen colour. Expected life to first full repainting is determined as follows:
Environmental conditions
In all cases the life expectancy of all finishes will be reduced by the local environmental conditions it may be exposed to (for example, corrosive factory emissions or deposits from oilfired equipment in the vicinity).
Polyester painted
Polyester Painted finish does not carry any form of warranty but is expected to have a minimum service life of 15 years before repainting required.
