The Child Support Officer is responsible for enforcing current child support laws by performing paralegal functions related to the establishment and enforcement of child support orders. Some duties include necessary legal action, attends court hearings, gathers and evaluates financial information, performs paralegal functions, manages caseloads, enforces court ordered child support.
