Freeborn County License Center
Freeborn County is looking to hire a full time License Center Specialist. The License Center Specialist provides customer service to license motor vehicles, boats, snowmobiles, ATV’s and off-road vehicles. Processes driver’s licenses, ID’s, and instruction permit applications as well as commercial driver’s license medical self-certifications. Processes title transfers and creates reports.
Minimum starting pay $22.77 hr.

Public Safety Telecommunicator
Freeborn County is accepting applications for a full-time (40 hrs./wk) Public Safety Telecommunicator and to establish an eligibility list for future employment. Duties include answering phones and radios, evaluating information, prioritizing and dispatching emergency and non-emergency calls. Shift work is required which includes evenings, weekends and holidays.
Starting minimum salary: $26.02/ hr.

SEASONAL HIGHWAY MAINTENANCE WORKER
Freeborn County is accepting applications for 40 hour a week Seasonal Highway Maintenance Workers in the Highway Department. The position is responsible for general labor in the maintenance of county highways, County Parks and other facilities. Applicant must have a valid Minnesota Driver’s license, must be 18 years of age, must have good communication skills, and able to lift 70 pounds occasionally. High school graduate or GED preferred.
