2-6 Winterfest – The 27th Annual event in Riviera Plaza and Flat Iron Park, Downtown Lake Geneva features the U.S. National Snow Sculpting Championship. Witness the snow sculpting teams at work during a threeday competition creating larger-than-life snow sculptures. Sculpting begins at 11 a.m. on Feb. 2 and concludes at 1 p.m. on Feb. 5. Sculptures will remain up for viewing through Sunday and beyond. In addition to the snow sculpting competition, visitors will find more wintery fun during Winterfest week, including the third annual Downtown Ice Sculpture Walk, Igloos & Bonfires on the Beach, and more frosty events, activities and specials around the Lake Geneva area.

5 Baron Ryan – Classic Meets Cool – Presented by the Big Foot Community Fine Arts Foundation at Big Foot High School beginning at 7 p.m. The son of two musicians, Barron Ryan grew up in a house filled with sounds ranging from Mozart to Michael Jackson. When it comes to his own music, he’s not content to draw on just one influence. He combines them all into a musical adventure that’s classic yet cool. 5 Lake Geneva Symphony Orchestra presents Mozart and

Mahler – This performance features Pittsburgh-based Soprano Jessica Victoria whose voice is gifted with remarkable clarity especially suited for Mozart. Mahler 4 is a delightful, yet powerful work that evokes high praise from both Mahler aficionados as well as those less familiar. General admission seating allows for social distancing. Performance begins at 7:30 p.m. at Calvary Community Church, N2620 Harris Rd., Lake Geneva. General admission tickets are $20 and available at lakegenevaorchestra.org.

12 Bad Breaks murder mystery dinner theater at Lake Lawn Resort

– Join the fun at a dinner full of mystery and murder! Pick up on clues, question the suspects, and solve the crime. Seats are limited so reservations are required. Doors open at 6 p.m. and the show begins at 7 p.m. The experience will take place in the Lake Lawn Room. Tickets are $70 per person. Visit lakelawnresort.com for additional information.

26-26 N.E.W. Piano Guys at Lake

Lawn Resort – Wisconsin’s premier dueling piano entertainers will perform highenergy shows on Feb. 25 and 26. Doors open at 7 p.m. and the show runs from 8 to 11 p.m. Tickets are $25 per person. Lake Lawn Resort is at 2400 E. Geneva St., Delavan; 262-728-7950.

Ongoing events

Ice Castles – The frozen attraction is again located at Geneva National Resort, 1091 Hidden Cottage Cir., Lake Geneva. The award-winning icy structure is built on site using hundreds of thousands of icicles hand-placed by professional ice artists. They structure includes LED-lit sculptures, frozen thrones, ice-carved tunnels, slides, fountains and more. The photo-worthy Ice Castles will last into late February or early March, weather permitting. Dates, hours and ticket prices are available online at icecastles.com.

Outdoor igloo dining experiences

– Several area restaurants and resorts offer outdoor winter dining and socializing in heated, transparent igloos. Hours and prices vary, so call ahead for reservations and information.
