Madeleine Freitag, a senior at Delavan-Darien High School, was awarded a 2018 Pagel Graphic Arts Scholarship for $1,000. Scholarships are awarded on the basis of academic performance, outside activities, community service and financial need. The Pagel Graphic Arts Scholarship Fund is open to individuals of all ages who are pursuing an education in the graphic communications industry. The Pagel Graphic Arts Scholarship Fund was establilshed in1990 by the lake Vivian Pagel in memory of her husband, Norbert Pagel. Norbert Pagel was a Printing Industries of Wisconsin consultant and spent more than 40 years in service to the Wisconsin graphic communications industry in various capacities. 315499
