THE COMFORT COLLECTIVE A LOOK INSIDE THE BUSINESS FOR OUR LOCAL PARTNERS

This week’s occupancy report brings encouraging signs as we enjoy the final weeks of summer and begin looking ahead to fall in the North Georgia mountains. Our 90-day adjusted occupancy is currently pacing at 22.8%, slightly ahead of last year’s 21.9% at this same point. Near-term weekend demand remains strong, reaching 43–46% for August 14–15 and nearly 38% for August 21–22. Looking further ahead, October is beginning to build nicely, with occupancy reaching 31.5% for the week of October 11. As guests begin planning their fall escapes, we’re looking forward to the energy they’ll bring to our restaurants, shops, wineries, attractions, and local experiences throughout North Georgia. Thank you, as always, for your continued partnership and for helping make our community such a special place to visit.
