Trainees follow a school-based programme leading to QTS with PGCE. Places are available on both our salaried and non-salaried routes.

Tuition fees are payable on the non-salaried routes but these can be fully funded through Student Finance.

Trainees on our salaried programmes can earn up to £16,626 (FTE).

Trainees on non-salaried programmes may be entitled to a teacher training bursary or scholarship. Full details are available at getintoteaching.education.gov.uk.

About you You will need to have a exible approach to shift work including weekends. However we will shortly be introducing a exible working policy where we hope to accommodate as many requested shift patterns as operationally possible.

An NVQ2 in Care is desirable but this is not essential.

A full driving licence and the ability to drive our minibuses on a regular basis would be an advantage.
