Strawberries

Blueberries

Mini Marshmallows

Bamboo Skewers

Directions

The first thing you need to do is to wash and dry your blueberries and strawberries.

Then cut the strawberries into small pieces about the same size as the mini marshmallows and blueberries.

Take the a bamboos skewer and thread a strawberry, marshmallow then a blueberry onto it.

Make sure the strawberries seed side is all facing one side for best presentation. Repeat until the skewer is full.

Then repeat until all the fruit and marshmallows are on the skewers. You should end up with around 24 skewers.

Cover and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve. They are best enjoyed within 24 hours of making
