If a single tiny shard gets into the pool, we are mandated to close the pool until it is thoroughly cleaned and inspected which could take days before we are allowed to reopen the pool again. Plus it will cost us anywhere between $250-$500. If there is an accident and you self report, the resident will NOT be charged all the fees to get the pool reopened. The faster you tell us, the faster we can safely assess, clean, and reopen the pool. No harm, no foul, but please remember NO glass is best. If you do NOT self report and we have to review camera footage or if someone else reports it, we will forced to charge the resident all fees to get the pool reopened.

Please use caution and make sure you are following State & Local laws. Now that school is out, we are seeing more golf carts on the roads and some wreckless driving has already been reported to the HOA.

Please remember to pick up after you pets if you take them out for walks. Also, remember the pavement gets extremely hot so use caution when walking your furry friends in this heat.

Please remember we have a lot of deer in our neighborhood that move around different locations so please pay attention. And if you see one cross the road, there is probably another one close behind. We don’t want the deer or your vehicles to get hurt.

Ingredients

1 roll (16.5 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Sugar Cookie Dough

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup powdered sugar

2 teaspoons grated lemon peel

2 cups fresh raspberries

1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries

1/4 cup apple jelly, melted

Step 1

Directions

Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 12-inch pizza pan with cooking spray. Break up cookie dough in pan; press dough evenly in bottom of pan to within 1/2 inch of edge.

Step 2

Bake 16 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely on cooling rack, about 30 minutes.

Step 3

In medium bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and lemon peel until fluffy. Spread over baked crust. Arrange raspberries in large star shape in center. Arrange blueberries around raspberries. Drizzle or brush with melted jelly. Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes. Store in refrigerator.
